Can you work with our existing IT provider?
Yes. We work alongside your IT provider. They keep systems running; we focus on security, monitoring, readiness, and the evidence that shows the work is being done.
What does an engagement cost?
The price depends on the size of your business and the work involved. Assessments are quoted as a fixed fee before we start. Managed cybersecurity and IT plans are $150, $200 or $250 per user, per month with a 12-month term, or $25 more month to month, with Microsoft 365 Business Premium included. No long-term contract is required.
Do you work with businesses outside El Paso?
Yes. Castile Security is based in El Paso, Texas, and serves clients across the United States. We work in English and Spanish.
